We process and dispatch orders from Monday through Saturday. While we strive to deliver every package promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.
Every product is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your order is damaged due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace or restock the affected items at no additional cost once they are returned to us. If the damage occurs after delivery due to customer handling, we can still assist with a replacement or restocking; however, a 35% restocking fee will apply.
